The journey started in 2017 when Head Winemaker Preet Sidhu took his first position at a winery in Berri, South Australia. His passion for winemaking only grew stronger as he immersed himself in his own vineyard in Glossop, SA, where the idea of Singing Peacock Wines began.

Using a traditional approach to winemaking, the wines speak for themselves and the land, with small twists in the winemaking process giving the range unique flavour profiles, exclusive to our wines.
